When was the last time you enjoyed a fun game while also achieving meaningful fundraising outcomes?

Designed and organized by Auckland South Club, the event initiative invited participants donating gold coins to toss their Oxygen balls, marking the empathy to support Fiji Oxygen Project. More than just donations, the event became a rich story-telling content to motivate greater social media buzz.

This is a very engaging collaboration to associate with 16 mighty and enthusiastic volunteers from Clubs of Remuera and Pakuranga, as well as Club donations from Manurewa-Takanini, Otahuhu, Somerville, Pakuranga Tamaki River Auxiliary, Harbourside and few more to come.  In addition the event gathered wide publicity thanks to promotion messages in various club bulletins and Facebook by District 9920 and the Rotary Clubs of Mangere and St Johns among many.

“It is not a one-off event but the beginning of a campaign over the next three months." said Janet Lee, President of Auckland South: "We learned to "be the inspiration" and delivered it by designing the experience-driven fundraising schemes. Hope this helps encourage more participation throughout the communities and do good things to the world together.”  See more on the project at https://rotaryremuera.club/page/the-fiji-oxygen-project/  and more about the fundraising initiative at https://www.facebook.com/Rotarysouthnz/
