You need to have been a member of Rotary for seven years by 30 June 2021 and belong to a Club in D9920 and have served a full term as a Club President (Constitution 16.010) plus meet the Qualifications to be a Governor (Constitution 16.030).

District Governors need to have proven strong leadership skills and decision making. During their year in office, clubs will look to them for leadership, support, and motivation as they carry out service projects and participate in Rotary programs.
