South Pacific Presidents Elect Training is a annual event that well equips the Presidents Elect with the skills, knowledge and connections to guide their clubs to another successful year in Rotary. The training is a mix of Plenaries for all and frequent breakouts run by the District Training teams. There is a mix of necessary knowledge (plenaries) followed by breakouts where knowledge and ideas are explored in a more practical way. The training provided is high quality and well prepares Presidents Elects to lead their clubs. A huge benefit of this combined training is the connections made with ideas shared and future contacts/projects initiated.
Rotary does training very well and this is reflected in the scale and quality of projects delivered to the communities both locally and internationally through well run clubs that meet their member's needs. There is additional District-specific training for the wider group of club officers, project team leaders and Rotarians in general.
