The purpose of this committee is to lead & support current and future Membership initiatives for RCA including -
- Developing a plan & delivering to that plan
- Engage committee & new members allocated to match needs
- Nurturing existing programmes & sub-committees
- Succession
- Communication including reporting achievements
- Having the knowledge needed to align with wider Rotary org.
